POSITION SUMMARY

Plan, direct and implement training and project management of FinTech product sales to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames. Provide customer support and training to GBS Customers for FinTech vertical products and associated applications related issues. Service is accomplished by utilizing voice communications, web access and on-site training and assistance. The position requires the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, direct and implement training and project management of FinTech products
  • Work in conjunction with XRS staff to build out the Rocket Collector configuration and toolkit for use in the United States
  • Deliver expert knowledge, service, training and support on the GBS Rocket Collector collections software solution for all users
  • Provide training and diagnostic assistance through both customer site visit and remote access
  • Communicate with Customers on all activity on a regular basis in normal daily operations and during the implementation process
  • Maintain accurate, timely and thorough Customer documentation
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with Customers
  • Participate in Customer reviews and meetings
  • Create documentation for Customers on issue resolution and publish documentation for internal use
  • Provide in-house classroom training on vertical products to GBS Customers and personnel
  • Assist in Customer Service help desk as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned and/or assume additional responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)

  • Experience in the Banking/Financial industry with a background in retail, operations and or accounting
  • Experience in Customer Service or Help Desk functions
  • The ability to lead a project and accomplish an established goal
  • Good communication skills including verbal, written, interpersonal and listening.
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Logical business judgment combined with good decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • The ability to coordinate projects
  • The ability to travel multiple days/month; overnight travel when necessary
  • Strong Customer and co-worker relationship and rapport skills
  • TEAM player attitude and the ability to positively interact with co-workers at all levels of an organization.
